The route takes us round the point of Cotentin in Normandy, close to the English Coast. It takes in the tiny Normandy port of Saint-Vaast la Hougue to the Pointe de la Hague and ends in Granville sheltered in the Bay of the Mont Saint-Michel, famous throughout the world.
