It’s one of the moodiest of fish to be found in French waters: the pike, a predator that remains a mystery for many anglers. And yet pike have not disappeared from our waters: they are there, but you have to go and track them in their lair.
All good anglers have their fishing spots, but very few of them will risk fishing in areas that are difficult and cluttered. Fear of breaking or losing costly equipment among branches and difficulty of access to these areas are the main reasons. However, not fishing in such areas is like shutting the door on one of the best spots for flushing out a pike.
