In the heart of the Coteaux du Layon, on the territory around the small town of Faye d’Anjou (Maine-et-Loire), deer have made this famous vineyard their kingdom. Seven months out of the year, between the lively winter and warm summer hunts, managing the local deer population keeps the members of the Acca de Faye d’Anjou occupied. Alongside Philippe Aillery, a hunter from Faye d’Anjou and wildlife management journalist cynegetic, we will discover one season of hunting to the rhythm of the deer.
