Baptiste, Yohan, Martial, Jérémy and JB are the perfect example of the new generation of hunters. This band of friends has been hunting together for six years in the fields and forests of the Orne. Aged from 25 to 32, they have been immersed in the hunting world since they were kids. They all got their permits at age 16: no time to lose! The complete hunters, they are equally at ease hunting pigeon, rabbit, large game and they are also likely to go hunting foxes, one of their great passions. Today, however, these multi-licensed hunters are impatient. We are going to spend the last few hours before the opening of the small game season with them and reach that highly anticipated moment which is the start of the season. This encounter with these young hunters is also the opportunity to show a new face of hunting today, where the young are assuming an important place. Highly passionate, they don’t hesitate to spend the majority of their time preparing, observing and managing the lands upon which they are lucky enough to be able to hunt. Each moment of hunting is for them a moment to be savored in which they have the pleasure of hunting, but also the pleasure of being together and sharing moments of camaraderie.
