It is the end of the hunting season on the plain of Versailles, and the team of hunters from l'Oisemont is already hard at work to maintain the beautiful population of gray partridges which have made the reputation of their territory. Planning, regulations, maintenance and above all close collaboration with local farmers: much effort is demanded of these men.
